1. Scope of Services

Our Services include, but are not limited to:

Financial structure and optimization consulting, including the use of EINs, LLCs, and separation of personal and business credit.

Mentorship and educational programs for individuals who wish to learn the funding system and offer related services professionally.

Access to materials, templates, or digital resources that support the implementation of your financial plan.

While our advisory is professional and based on proven experience in the U.S. financial system, we do not represent any bank, lender, or credit institution, and we do not guarantee approvals or specific outcomes.

All recommendations are for strategic decision-making and educational purposes, and implementation results depend on individual profiles and third-party institutions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
By submitting information, you affirm that the data you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Payments and Refunds

Certain Services require prepayment (e.g., Funding Consultation – $1,500 USD).

All payments are processed securely via third-party platforms such as Stripe.

Once payment is complete, your advisory or session date will be confirmed.

Refund Policy:
All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
However, your $1,500 consultation fee will be credited toward any funding implementation service you decide to proceed with.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and updated information in all application forms.

Use the Services lawfully and ethically.

Keep confidential any proprietary or educational material shared during sessions.

You may not copy, record, or distribute any content from the sessions without written authorization.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Our funding strategies are based on extensive experience and real financial models.
However, since outcomes depend on your personal credit, business status, and external institutions, we cannot guarantee specific funding amounts or approvals.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, scripts, templates, and materials provided are protected under copyright law.
You may use them solely for your personal and educational benefit.
Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any material is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the Services.

8. Confidentiality

All personal and financial information shared during consultations is strictly confidential.
We will not disclose your data to third parties except where required by law or necessary to deliver the Services.

9. Communication Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to receive transactional communications (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups).
If you also opt-in to marketing messages, you may receive additional promotional or educational content.
Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt-out.

10. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party tools such as Stripe, GoHighLevel, Meta, or Google Ads.
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance.
We encourage you to review their terms separately.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services if you violate these Terms, misuse confidential information, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Each party will bear its own legal costs.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. All updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
